Xiaomi launches new accessories for Redmi K40 series

At least the key information has been basically announced, only some details, and the final specific pricing of the product will not be announced until the launch event. What is interesting is that before the eve of the Redmi K40 series launch event, Xiaomi launched a new accessory-GaN gallium nitride charger 33W, and this accessory may be born for the Redmi K40 series.

In addition, most charging devices that support Type-C interface, including iPhone12 and Switch, can use this charger for fast charging, and it is compatible with 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 11V/3A, 12V/2.5A, and other output power.

Although it can only be confirmed that the Redmi K40 series will be equipped with a 4520mAh battery as standard, the official has not disclosed the fast charging power supported by the Redmi K40 series, but according to the previous 3C certification network information, it can be known that the Redmi K40 series should be all support 33W wired fast charging solution. Redmi, which has always pursued the ultimate cost performance, may also be equipped with this 33W gallium nitride charger as standard. However, if an environmental protection solution is proposed, users may also be able to choose the charger by themselves. The pricing of gallium nitride chargers is only ¥10 higher than the pricing of the traditional charger with the same power.
