iPhone 13 Pro series will monopolize lidar scanners
In the new iPhone 13 series, only iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro MAX will be equipped with LiDAR (Lidar Scanner), while the regular version will not. Earlier news said that the iPhone 13 series will be equipped with all the series. According to reports, the lidar scanner can measure the time it takes for the laser to bounce back after hitting an object to generate a depth map of your space. They can also perform 3D recognition and distance perception of objects, which can significantly improve the capabilities of shooting and AR applications.

The new iPhone SE will use the A15 chip and the mini phone will be replaced by a larger model next year
Although the next-generation iPhone SE is replaced with an A15 chip, the appearance is still similar to the previous-generation design, using a 4.7-inch LCD panel. The mobile phone is expected to debut in the first half of 2022. Prior to this, the A15 chip will be the first to be used in the iPhone 13 series to be released this year. The year 2022 also symbolizes the end of the iPhone mini. Apple will maintain 4 new iPhone models next year. Although the mini model is missing, it will be similar in size to the iPhone Pro Max.
RedTom Thoughts😊: Seems like that new iPhone SE will become the king of budget phone in 2021!
Oppo Watch 2 leaks ahead of July 27 launch, but will it get the new Wear OS 3?
Oppo’s first smartwatch with Wear OS is getting an upgrade on July 27 in the form of the Oppo Watch 2. Over the weekend, we got to see clear renders of the new smartwatch courtesy of leaker. In the image of the Oppo Watch 2 leaked by source, we see a square-shaped device that looks akin to its predecessor. It’s got two buttons on the right side and the renders depict blue, red, and black colorways for the straps. Under the hood, the Oppo Watch 2 could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 Plus SoC coupled with the Ambiq Apollo 4s coprocessor. The second chip is expected to help the smartwatch run a low-powered RTOS in addition to the main operating system.
RedTom Thoughts😊: OPPO Watch or Apple Watch, which one should I choose? So hard to select!
