Today, MediaTek officially announced that MediaTek’s next-generation flagship processor was named Dimensity 9000, and revealed the details of Dimensity 9000.
The MediaTek Dimensity 9000 is based on TSMC’s 4nm process. This is the world’s first TSMC foundry 4nm mobile phone chip. The Antutu score exceeded 1 million.
This is also the currently known mobile phone chip with the highest running score in the Android camp, far surpassing the current flagship processors such as the Snapdragon 888 Plus.
In terms of parameters, MediaTek Dimensity 9000 is composed of super large cores, large cores and small cores, including 1 Cortex X2 3.05GHz super large core and 3 Cortex A710 2.85GHz large cores and 4 Cortex A510 1.8GHz small cores.
The GPU is an ARM Mali-G710 MC10, which also integrates a 6-core APU and supports LPDDR5X 7500Mbps memory.
In terms of imaging, MediaTek Dimensity 9000 supports up to 320 million pixel cameras.
In addition, MediaTek Dimensity 9000 supports up to WQHD+ 144Hz refresh rate screen or FHD+ 180Hz refresh rate screen, supports HDR10+ display, supports 2×2 Wi-Fi 6E, supports Bluetooth 5.3 and so on.
Finally, it is time for mass production and commercial use. This chip is expected to be mass-produced and commercialized in Q1 next year. It is expected that brands such as Xiaomi, OPPO, and vivo will use this chip.
