Fried meat with chili hot sauce

Materials:
(1) 250 grams of three layers of meat (boil in water for about 10 minutes, remove and cut into thin slices for use)
(2) one green onion (cut into small pieces)
(3) six small chili peppers (cut into small pieces)
(4) 15 pieces of dried chili peppers (soaked in half and cut in half)
(5) one green onion (cut into long strips)
(6) 2 tablespoons dried shrimp (washed, chopped and sauteed)
(7) 5 small grains of garlic rice
(8) half teaspoon of salt
(9) 5 tablespoons of oil
Seasoning:
(1) one tablespoon of oyster sauce
(2) always smoke two tablespoons
(3) one tablespoon of light soy sauce
(4) one tablespoon of sugar
(5) A little pepper
(6) A little sesame oil

Mix all the seasonings and set them ready for use.

How to cook:

(4) stir-fry the oil in the pan with garlic, green onions and small chili scallions, add the seasoning and stir-fry over low heat, add the stir-fried three layers of meat, then add the dried chili and dried shrimps, stir-fry evenly, stir-fry until the juice is dry, and form a delicious {hot meat}.
