Ingredients
1 Chinese cabbage, 3 garlic cloves, 2 red chili pepers, 1 salad onion
Practice:
Make the sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce + a spoon of vinegar + a spoon of oyster sauce + half a spoon of salt + half a spoon of sugar + a spoon of corn starch + half a bowl of water and mix well.
Wash the Chinese cabbage and put it in boiling water. Boil the Chinese cabbage to soften and remove it out.
Add appropriate amount of oil, fry the minced garlic and chili to get a fragrance.
Pour the sauce and cook until it’s thick.
Pour it on Chinese cabbage and sprinkle it with chopped salad onions.
