Techniques for shooting starry sky

First, you need a Huawei p30 pro and a tripod.

Then, you should turn on the Huawei camera professional mode, adjust the iso to 800 to 1000, exposure for 25 seconds to 30 seconds, AF auto focus.

Again, if there is a light source around, you can introduce a little bit, not too much.

Finally, fix the phone with a tripod. Press the shutter and wait.

BTW, I have used this shooting setting in New Zealand, and it is foolproof. You can copy with confidence.
