Game Engine Cocos 3.2 prefers HarmonyOS over Android and iOS

Cocos Creator is rumored to have officially announced working with HarmonyOS 2.0, this has been conveyed directly by the Cocos Creator developer.

The most interesting thing is that the latest version of Cocos Creator will temporarily only support Huawei’s HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system, which means that the latest version of Cocos Creator 3.2 will not be available for Android and iOS.

The announcement of the release of the latest version of Cocos Creator was held in Shanghai, China.

Huawei has also confirmed during the technical event that the released version of Cocos Creator 3.2 will officially support the HarmonyOS system.

Cocos will be the world’s first game engine to support the HarmonyOS system, perhaps this is a good start for Huawei as a competitor for Android and iOS.

Cocos company has a high market share in developing 2D and 3D games, although 3D technology is still in the stage of development stage by stage, the company will continue to work hard to develop the Cocos system.

According to technology observers, this is a great opportunity for HarmonyOS, where game creators will start developing their games on HarmonyOS using the Cocos version 3.2 game engine.

This version is claimed to be more practical than before, the quality level of 2D games is no doubt. So it is very appropriate if Huawei cooperates with Cocos to join HarmonyOS.
