Fresh and appetizing Thai mint beef salad! Fresh diet meal

Here is the way to cook it!

Materials: 200g steak or tenderloin, 20g mint leaves, 2 coriander, half lime, half white onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 spicy millet, 1 cucumber, 10 virgin fruit, half mango (millet spicy cucumber and virgin mango can be adjusted or not added according to your own taste)

Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of fine granulated sugar or palm sugar, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce (without), half tablespoon of salt, half tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil (edible oil is fine without it, of course, it is best to use olive oil)

Steps:

After the beef is thawed, dry the surface with kitchen paper or paper towels, sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides evenly, sprinkle with olive oil on both sides and spread well, marinate for five minutes.

Wash all ingredients, peel garlic cloves and cut onions into strips, coriander into thumb knuckles, millet into small circles, cucumber peeled and cut into small pieces, virgin fruit halved, mango peeled and cut into small pieces, set aside.

Use cast iron pot or non-stick pan and do not put oil in it, then heat the pan, heat until the hands on the top of the pot 5cm can feel hot, add beef, fry each side over high heat for two minutes medium well, three minutes have well-done, according to their own taste to adjust the time.

After frying, set aside to let it calm for ten minutes before cutting, so that the cut will be very juicy, in the meantime to prepare the sauce.

In a small bowl, add minced garlic, millet spicy doughnuts, light soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, squeeze into half Lemon Juice and slice the squeezed lemon. Stir well and set aside.

Beef would be cut into strips about 2cm wide against the grain, take a large bowl and put in the beef, all the chopped dishes, lemons and mint leaves, sprinkle with sauce, stir well and you can eat!
