Malaysians will soon be able to use the electrocardiogram (ECG) detection function of the Apple Watch! According to the news, Apple released the watchOS 7.5 RC version in the early morning of May 18, and in this version, Apple will bring the function of electrocardiogram (ECG) to Malaysia And Peru.
In fact, as early as February this year, the ECG function of the Apple Watch passed the MDA (Medical Equipment Administration) certification in Malaysia. Now, in the latest version of watchOS 7.5 RC, Apple shows that Malaysia has obtained the ECG function. I believe that when the official version is launched, it will be time for the ECG detection function to be officially launched in Malaysia!
The ECG function is an electrocardiogram function that can accurately send a heart rate test to the user. If a problem is found, the user will be notified immediately. Previously, this feature has saved many users in time. The Apple Watch 4, Apple Watch 5 and Apple Watch 6 currently available in the Malaysian market are all capable of ECG function. If you want to get ECG readings, you only need to launch the app on your watch and then move your finger and put it on the digital crown for about 30 seconds.
