Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman once again predicted in today’s Power On column that the new mini-LED MacBook Pro will be released between September and November this year. A few weeks ago, Mingchi Kuo also predicted that the new MacBook Pro will be launched between September and November.
The mini-LED screen, which Apple calls Liquid Retina XDR, has already appeared on the 12.9-inch M1 iPad Pro. The mini-LED can better control the backlight, increase contrast, and consume less power.
The new MacBook Pro may be equipped with the M1X chip while supporting the option of a larger memory. Gurman believes that the maximum memory is 64GB, while another leaker believes that the maximum is 32GB.
