The flagship Xiaomi released in the second half of the year uses an FHD+ resolution screen, not an ordinary screen.
Earlier, it was reported that Xiaomi will release new MIX series products in the second half of the year, using an under-screen camera solution. This will be Xiaomi’s first under-screen camera phone.
Last year, Xiaomi showcased its third-generation under-screen camera technology. Officials said that the technology has reached the commercial standard for mass production.
Compared with the previous two-generation solutions, the third-generation under-screen camera greatly improves the display effect of the camera area through the self-developed pixel arrangement.
At the same time, through the optimization of the camera algorithm, it brings a self-portrait performance that is indistinguishable from the conventional front camera.
It will truly allow the under-screen camera to enter the practical and mass-produced stage.
According to the disclosed information, Xiaomi’s under-screen camera phone may be unveiled in August, and the supplier may be Huaxing Optoelectronics or Visionox.
In terms of specifications, Xiaomi’s new flagship mobile phone is expected to be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 Plus flagship processor.
And it is expected to be equipped with 8GB of memory as standard, and may support 100-watt super fast charging.
