News on March 17 Samsung launched three models at the global press conference tonight, namely Samsung Galaxy A52, A52 5G and Samsung Galaxy A72. For the first time, it is equipped with stereo dual speakers on the A series and supports Dolby Atmos. Only the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G was launched in China, starting at 2,999 yuan(CNY).
Samsung Galaxy A52 and A52 5G have 6.5-inch Super AMOLED candy bar screens, equipped with 8 nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G/750G chips, resolution of 1080p+, high refresh rate of 90/120Hz, and brightness of 800 nits.
A52/5G uses a front 32MP lens, a rear 64MP (0.8µm four-in-one, OIS) + 12MP ultra-wide-angle + 5MP macro + 5MP depth-of-field lens quad-camera, 4500mAh battery, 15W charger included.
The 4G model provides 4/6/8+128/256 GB storage. The 5G model cancels the 4GB storage version, supports microSD expansion, runs One UI 3.0 based on Android 11, and includes the security features of the Knox kit. Reserve the 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers.
Samsung Galaxy A52 and A52 5G are available in four colors: black, purple, white, and blue. The 4G version starts at 350 euros (directly converted to 2710 yuan), while the 5G model costs 430 euros / 400 pounds. There is only a 5G version in China, priced at 2999/3399 yuan, plus Buds+ Bluetooth headsets, which will go on sale on March 26.
Samsung Galaxy A72
There is no 5G version yet, only the Snapdragon 720G chip version is available. It has a 6.7-inch screen and a 5000mAh battery, weighs 203 grams, FHD + resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 800 nits brightness, and replaced the A52’s depth-of-field lens with 8 MP long . The focal lens is exactly the same in other respects. The phone starts at 450 Euros (6+128GB), which is not on the shelves in China.
