Ingredients: (Chicken Curry for two)
2 steamed potatoes
1 carrot
Half an onion
Half a chicken with chicken meat
A box of curries
Half a box of coconut milk
Half of the chili peppers
Braised spaghetti (cooked according to personal consumption)
How to cook :
Cut chicken, potatoes and carrots into small pieces, slice onions and chili peppers.
Blanch the chicken and drain it, then stir-fry it without oil in the pan to remove the fishy smell.
Stir-fry the onions and chili peppers, and then put them out of the pan.
Stir-fry the potatoes and carrots separately, so that the potatoes will not break up when they are stewed.
Add the chicken and ginger slices and stir-fry, add potatoes and carrots and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add water that just doesn´t pass the ingredients, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the curry cubes, stir until the curry cubes dissolve, simmer over low heat for a few minutes to form a thick paste.
Finally, pour in the coconut milk to thicken the juice, add the previously fried onions and chili peppers, and simmer for half a minute.
Boil the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes, add a little salt, sprinkle with curry sauce and mix well.
